Families with autistic children and youth, and families with children and youth with FASD (or possible FASD) are invited to share their feedback! We’re getting ready to plan our 2026/27 calendar fo events but this year we’re doing things a bit differently. We are looking to gather your feedback on what types of events or sessions your family would love to attend.
There are three options for connecting with us:
- Linked below is an online version of the same survey. You can fill it out and submit it completely online.
- Also linked below are two PDFs that will help us gather feedback on what’s working, what’s not working and what you’d want on your wish list! You can print it off, fill it out and return it to any FIREFLY office. Please note there is one for families of autistic children and one for families of children with FASD (or possible FASD).
- Would you prefer to have a conversation? No problem! Let’s set up a quick phone call to go through what your thoughts and opinions are. Please email [email protected] ou [email protected] to schedule a time.
Once we’ve gathered responses from parents and caregivers, we’re hoping you’ll stay on board and help us create the 2026/272 Calendar. We’ll do the physical work of creating and organizing the events, but we would love your eyes on what we’ll be proposing. You’ll see in both the PDF and online survey there is an option to stay in touch with us – please indicate if this is something you’re interested in.
