High Intensity Kids (HIK) is designed for parents and caregivers of children of any age who feel deeply and respond intensely. It offers a supportive space to connect with others who understand these unique parenting experiences.

Over the course of four one-hour sessions, participants will gain insight into what makes these kids “tick” and explore realistic, effective caregiving strategies tailored to their needs.

Participation is flexible – caregivers are welcome to engage at their own comfort level. Turning on cameras or speaking is not required.

It is highly recommended that you are able to attend every session.
