DESCRIPTION:Caregivers and their autistic children and youth (ages 0–18) are invited to join us in the Kenora FIREFLY Office for a session on positive reinforcement. \n\n\n\nCome learn practical strategies you can use at home\, connect with a Positive Behaviour Interventionist\, ask questions\, and start building your own reinforcement “toolbox.” We’ll have activities for youth who attend\, plus a meal and refreshments to enjoy together.  \n\n\n\nSpots are limited\, and an OAP number is required to register. \n\n\n\nClick here to register. \n\n\n\nIf you have any questions or need help registering please reach out by emailing asdworker@fireflynw.ca

DESCRIPTION:Kids in the Kitchen is an opportunity for caregivers with autistic children and youth to engage in collective cooking and life skills. Families will have the opportunity to connect with a Dietician\, ask questions\, learn about picky eating\, and to discuss the importance of cooking and eating meals together. This will be held in FIREFLY’s brand new accessible kitchen in the Kenora office! \n\n\n\nA variety of activities will be available for children and youth who attend.
