data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"ewa-rteLine\">FIREFLY&#8217;s Anchored group provides parents, caregivers, and any one else (professional or otherwise) who are involved with a family experiencing separation divorce. <span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\"> This three-session group offers a supportive space to understand what your children may be experiencing, learn how to talk with them about separation, and find strategies to help them feel secure and supported. We\u2019ll also focus on strengthening your own stability as a parent &#8211; managing stress, staying steady, and knowing where to turn for support. Finally, we\u2019ll cover practical tools for handling conflict, setting boundaries, and communicating effectively when parenting is at its most difficult.<\/span><\/div><div class=\"ewa-rteLine\">\u00a0<\/div><div class=\"ewa-rteLine\">Caregivers with children of any age can participate. Parents are welcome to attend all three sessions or choose individual sessions. The program will be offered virtually and is open to anyone living in Northwestern Ontario.<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div class=\"ewa-rteLine\"><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Please note &#8211; This is a group information session. These sessions provide a safe, non-judgmental, and confidential space for parents\/caregivers to speak openly and honestly about their experiences supporting their loved ones. COSP uses thoughtful discussion to help parents focus and reflect on: their strengths and their struggles to meet their child&#8217;s needs, how their experience of being cared for influences their own caregiving, and their capacity to co-regulate their children&#8217;s emotions. COSP shows caregivers a path to a\u00a0safe and supportive relationship which focuses on children\u2019s needs rather than behaviours.<\/div><div class=\"ewa-rteLine\">\u00a0<\/div><div class=\"ewa-rteLine\">COSP is ideal for parents and caregivers of children ages 4 months to 6 years old.
