For children with vision impairments, learning through touch, hearing, and any remaining vision is crucial. Early identification of vision problems and proper support can greatly improve their development. The Blind Low Vision Early Intervention Program offers services to families with children who have been diagnosed or are being diagnosed with a visual impairment.
